  • 1 cup 236.59 ml plain Greek yogurt

  • 3 cloves 3 cloves garlic

  • 2 tbsp 36.97 ml Lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)

  • 2 tbsp 29.57 ml Dill (about 1 small bunch)

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

  • Start by mincing the garlic cloves. You can use a garlic press or finely chop them with a knife.
  • Take the bunch of dill and remove the thicker stems, as they can be quite tough. Chop the dill leaves finely.
  • In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and chopped dill. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
